Benders Norge AS has bought Lasken Stein AS from the Krohn-Olsen family. With 11 strategically placed factories, Benders is now Scandinavia’s largest producer of concrete roof tiles and landscaping products.
The purchase of Lasken Stein AS gives Benders Norge AS, which was set up in 1983, its first factory in Norway. Market share for concrete roof tiles is currently around 20% and we see good potential for continued growth in landscaping products in Norway.
Benders sells its products through established building product retailers. The purchase expands our ranges and enables us to further develop as a strong supplier for this customer base and for the customers who currently use Lasken Stein AS. Combined loading/supply of both roof tiles and landscaping products is one further advantage for our customers.
